Camden RSL Youth Club was formed on 28 October 1970 after Camden resident Albert Baker OAM approached the RSL Club with the idea of them supplying equipment for the boxing group he was training in his backyard. The RSL agreed and Albert was elected foundation president. Ken Bond, George Bull and Bill Mundell helped with the formation of the club. The club was an immediate success with boxing, judo and table tennis being the first activities formed.

The existing RSL Youth Club Hall situated at 47 Cawdor Road Camden was officially opened by The Honourable Peter Anderson MP, Minister for Police, on 20 February 1983. Mayor of Camden, Alderman Graham Bush stated that all sections of the community had contributed generously to the establishment of the Hall.

The Youth Club now offer classes in Gymnastics and Boxing

Our Gymnastic classes are fun, safe, skill progression based programs for children under 5 to teens in our community.

The club offers coaching and mentoring in an open environment where safety procedures must be followed. Parents and carers are welcome to stay and watch their children learn and become more confident and self-assured.

Our coaching staff, both male and female are accredited with Gymnastics NSW and are trained to work with all gymnasts including those with additional needs. We are an inclusive club, all children are welcome and our staff will endeavour to work with parents and carers to fulfil the child's needs whilst at our club. Our equipment is Australian Standard and is kept in excellent condition. We have a fully stocked canteen run by dedicated staff.

Policies and Code of Conduct documents are available from the club office.
